Order Processing and Delivery
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are carefully processed within 7-21 business days which depends on the complexity of the product and to ensure quality and accuracy. Once your order has been processed, standard shipping will take an additional 7-14 business days.
In total, you can expect to receive your order within approximately 14-35 business days, depending on your location and shipping carrier. We’ll keep you updated with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Refund policy
Exchange Policy
We have a no return policy, which means you cannot return the product, but you can exchange it if it is damaged or incorrect. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@tailorwoodhaven.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Buyer Responsibilities

- The buyer is responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with the seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
