FAQ

Shipping & Delivery

Don’t worry—we’re here to help! Sometimes packages may be left in a safe place or with a neighbor. We recommend:

  1. Wait 24 hours – Deliveries are sometimes scanned early or may arrive shortly after.
  2. Check nearby areas – Look around doorsteps, mailrooms, or with building management.
  3. Contact your local carrier – They may have more details on the delivery location.

If your package still hasn’t appeared after 24 hours, let us know, and we’ll assist you further. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.

We take great care in packaging every item securely, but in the rare event your shelves arrive damaged, we’re here to help.

To ensure the fastest and smoothest resolution, please record a video while unboxing your order. This serves as important proof and helps us determine whether the issue was caused during transit or prior to shipping.

You can find detailed guidelines for handling shipping issues in our Shipping Policy. If the damage is confirmed and documented properly, we will collaborate with you to find the best solution — whether that's a replacement, partial refund, or other arrangement, depending on the situation.

How long does delivery take?
We ship with leading international couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery. Depending on your location and the nature of your order, we use:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

You will be provided with a tracking link once your order leaves our workshop.

Before shipping, we work closely with you through updates and confirmations to ensure you're happy with every detail. Once the product has been shipped and received, we unfortunately cannot accept returns due to preference changes — but rest assured, we leave very little room for surprises (unless you like surprises, in which case we’ll add a bow).

Product & Customization

Don’t worry, because we’ll keep you up to date in every production stage, from shaping to painting. Ensure that you’re satisfied with the product before receiving it.

But please note that the finished product will look approximately 95% like the advertised image, as we closely follow the same design and craftsmanship. However, due to the natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture, each piece has its own unique character.

Yes, we do! Just let us know the exact dimensions you need, and we’ll craft your custom corner shelves to fit beautifully into your space.

We use hidden steel brackets to support our shelves. All you need to do is mount the bracket to the wall, and the shelf will slide securely into it — giving it a clean, seamless “floating” look.

Our 10-inch deep floating shelves can typically support 10 - 20 kg (22–44 lbs) — depending on how they’re installed and the type of wall they’re mounted on.

For optimal strength:

  • Mount directly into wall studs when possible
  • Use heavy-duty anchors for drywall installations
  • Distribute weight evenly along the shelf

If you’re unsure about your wall type or need guidance, feel free to reach out — we’ll help you get it right.

The tree trunk itself is free-standing and not attached to the wall, maintaining its natural and rustic look. However, the shelves must be wall-mounted to ensure they are firmly and securely supported.

This setup allows the piece to be both visually striking and highly functional, safely holding your books and decorative items.

Absolutely! Most of our furniture is screw-free. For items like floating shelves or the shelf of the tree branch bookshelf, you’ll only need to wall-mount the bracket — a simple process we guide you through with step-by-step instructions included in your package.

Yes — most of our pieces are designed with smart, tool-free assembly in mind. Moving house doesn’t mean leaving your furniture behind. We even send you a short instruction video so you can rebuild it faster than you can say “Allen wrench".

Care & Maintenance

Our rustic furniture is crafted from natural South American Walnut and finished with care — but like all real wood pieces, it appreciates a little love to stay beautiful for years. Here are some care tips:

Cleaning

  • Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the surface. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers.
  • For stubborn spots, a mild soap solution works fine — just be sure to dry the area afterward.

Humidity & Temperature

  • Keep furniture away from direct heat sources (like radiators) and extreme humidity to prevent warping or cracking.
  • Use a humidifier or dehumidifier if needed, especially in areas with strong seasonal shifts.

Spills

  • Wipe up spills promptly to avoid water stains or moisture damage.
  • Coasters and mats can help protect the finish from hot cups, oils, or heavy use.

Sunlight

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight — it may cause fading or discoloration over time.

Outdoor Use

  • Our pieces are designed for indoor use. Avoid placing them outdoors or in constantly damp areas.
  • If furniture arrives slightly moldy due to transit humidity (rare but possible), simply wipe with a damp cloth and allow it to dry fully in a ventilated space.

Wood is a living material — even after it’s been cut and crafted, it breathes with its environment. Our South American Walnut is air-dried and professionally treated to reduce moisture sensitivity. However, like any solid wood, it may experience minor expansion or contraction depending on your home’s humidity. To keep your piece looking sharp for years to come, we recommend placing it in a climate-controlled space and avoiding extreme swings in temperature or moisture (no saunas or desert caves, please).
