What you will receive:

• In the package: disassembled tree bookshelf, screws, and artificial leaves/flowers
• Via email: a step-by-step assembly guide video

What you will need: Drill, Screwdriver, Level, Hammer, Pencil

General steps (The assembly guide for each tree bookshelf will be sent to you after our dispatch):

1. Assemble the Tree Trunk

Begin by constructing the main vertical support—the "trunk" of your tree bookshelf. Ensure it's sturdy and level, as it will bear the weight of the shelves and their contents.

2. Mount the Shelves

Attach the shelves to the trunk, positioning them at varying heights and angles to mimic natural branches. Secure each shelf firmly, checking for levelness and stability.

3. Add Leaves and Flowers If Any

Enhance the tree-like appearance by adding decorative elements such as artificial leaves or flowers. These can be attached to the shelves or trunk, adding color and texture to the piece.

4. Final Touches

Inspect the assembled bookshelf for any loose components or uneven shelves. Make necessary adjustments to ensure safety and durability. Clean the surfaces and consider applying a finish to protect the wood and enhance its appearance

Modular Design for Large Items:

For large or non-solid pieces like tree bookshelves, console tables..., the final product will be crafted in modular sections with seamless wooden joints to ensure both easy assembly and visual continuity. This may not apply to floating shelves or solid-slab tables

Slight differences from listing photos may occur:

Each item is made individually by hand, and natural wood variations ensure that no two pieces are exactly alike. We will send you progress updates with images during the crafting process and only ship with your approval

Standard Dimensions & Custom Requests:

• The default shelf depth for tree bookshelves is approximately 6 inches (15 cm).
• For floating shelves, table tops, and other parts, we will determine thickness to ensure proper strength and durability.
• If you have specific requests regarding these dimensions, please note them clearly at checkout so we can accommodate where possible.

Floating Shelf Pricing:

Prices listed for floating shelves refer to individual units only — not sets, unless otherwise specified

Most bookshelves sit against a wall. This one grows out of it. The Tree Wall Mounted Bookshelf from Tailor Wood Haven turns an empty stretch of wall into a sculptural focal point, with branches that hold books, plants and keepsakes. It is functional storage that doubles as wall art.

Why a Tree-Shaped Wall Bookshelf?

A traditional bookcase takes up floor space and often makes a room feel heavier. A wall mounted tree bookshelf frees the floor, draws the eye upward and brings an organic shape into spaces full of straight lines.

The trunk and branches create natural shelves at different heights, so you can mix stacked books, face-out covers, small plants and decor. One customer described how it looks like the tree is "growing out of the wall," and another said friends stop to look at it whenever they visit.

Handcrafted Wooden Design

Every shelf is handcrafted to order. Tailor Wood Haven primarily works with South American walnut, a richly grained hardwood known for durability and rustic character. Because each piece is shaped by hand, no two grain patterns are identical, which makes your bookshelf genuinely one of a kind.

Reviewers mention the smooth finish and sanded branches, which matters if you plan to place the shelf in a child's room. Others praise the real-wood texture and the high-end look, which is not always expected from a statement piece.

Choose Your Size

The shelf comes in seven sizes, so you can match it to your wall:

• 50 × 50 in
• 50 × 60 in
• 60 × 60 in
• 60 × 70 in
• 70 × 70 in
• 70 × 80 in
• 80 × 80 in

Smaller sizes suit a narrow living room wall, a reading nook or a bedroom. The largest size works as a dramatic centerpiece for a high-ceilinged living room, library or entryway. If your wall doesn't fit these dimensions, Tailor Wood Haven also accepts custom orders for different sizes, timber or finishes.

Colors and Finishes

Pick the look that suits your interior:

• Colors: As shown in the picture, Charcoal, Sand, Cherry, White Oak, Coal or Shell
• Finishes: Matte for a soft, natural feel, or glossy for a richer, polished look

A lighter shade like Sand or White Oak suits Scandinavian and farmhouse rooms, while Charcoal or Coal adds contrast to modern and boho spaces.

Where Does It Work Best?

• Living rooms: a feature wall above a sofa or beside the TV
• Kids' rooms and nurseries: one parent called it their daughter's "reading tree"
• Home offices and libraries: a large collection becomes part of the decor
• Entryways: a welcoming first impression for guests
• Bookstores and cafes: one shop owner placed it in the children's section, and kids headed straight for it

You can arrange plants on the top branches, books in the middle and baskets or toys lower down. In December, some owners even wrap it in lights.

Easy Installation

Most Tailor Wood Haven furniture is screw-free, and the tree bookshelf only needs a wall-mounted bracket. Step-by-step instructions are sent by email. One customer reported that her husband installed the shelf in about an hour using a level and a drill. Another said it took about two hours and found it very solid once up, so set aside some time and have a second person help with larger sizes.

Made to Order and Delivered Worldwide

Each shelf is made to order, and the team keeps you updated through every production stage, from shaping to finishing, so you can confirm you're happy before it ships. Delivery is free worldwide through couriers such as UPS, FedEx and DHL, with arrival time depending on your location.
