What you will receive:

• In the package: disassembled tree bookshelf, screws, and artificial leaves/flowers
• Via email: a step-by-step assembly guide video

What you will need: Drill, Screwdriver, Level, Hammer, Pencil

General steps (The assembly guide for each tree bookshelf will be sent to you after our dispatch):

1. Assemble the Tree Trunk

Begin by constructing the main vertical support—the "trunk" of your tree bookshelf. Ensure it's sturdy and level, as it will bear the weight of the shelves and their contents.

2. Mount the Shelves

Attach the shelves to the trunk, positioning them at varying heights and angles to mimic natural branches. Secure each shelf firmly, checking for levelness and stability.

3. Add Leaves and Flowers If Any

Enhance the tree-like appearance by adding decorative elements such as artificial leaves or flowers. These can be attached to the shelves or trunk, adding color and texture to the piece.

4. Final Touches

Inspect the assembled bookshelf for any loose components or uneven shelves. Make necessary adjustments to ensure safety and durability. Clean the surfaces and consider applying a finish to protect the wood and enhance its appearance

Modular Design for Large Items:

For large or non-solid pieces like tree bookshelves, console tables..., the final product will be crafted in modular sections with seamless wooden joints to ensure both easy assembly and visual continuity. This may not apply to floating shelves or solid-slab tables

Slight differences from listing photos may occur:

Each item is made individually by hand, and natural wood variations ensure that no two pieces are exactly alike. We will send you progress updates with images during the crafting process and only ship with your approval

Standard Dimensions & Custom Requests:

• The default shelf depth for tree bookshelves is approximately 6 inches (15 cm).
• For floating shelves, table tops, and other parts, we will determine thickness to ensure proper strength and durability.
• If you have specific requests regarding these dimensions, please note them clearly at checkout so we can accommodate where possible.

Floating Shelf Pricing:

Prices listed for floating shelves refer to individual units only — not sets, unless otherwise specified

If you've been collecting tree bookshelf ideas for your next home project, this handcrafted wooden piece from Tailor Wood Haven brings that vision to life. Designed around the natural silhouette of a tree, it combines a central trunk with branch-style shelves that extend outward at varying heights, creating a display that feels alive, artistic, and entirely unlike a standard bookshelf.

A Design Rooted in Nature

Where most bookshelves rely on uniform, stacked rectangles, this piece takes its cues from organic growth. A vertical wooden trunk anchors the structure, while individual shelves branch outward like limbs reaching toward the light. Each branch is angled and positioned to mimic the irregular, asymmetrical rhythm of a real tree, while still offering a flat, stable surface for books, framed photos, or small decor items.

The result is a bookshelf that functions as both storage and sculpture - a piece you'd just as easily point to as a design feature as you would use to organize your reading collection.

Handcrafted From Premium Hardwood

Every unit is made to order from premium hardwood, primarily South American Walnut, chosen for its rich grain and natural durability. The wood is sealed with a low-sheen, eco-safe finish that protects the surface while letting the material's natural texture show through. Because each piece is shaped by hand, no two shelves are exactly alike - the grain, tone, and subtle character of the wood will be unique to your order.

The shelf is available in a range of finishes, including natural walnut, gray, oak, whitewash, and custom color options, so it can be matched to a rustic farmhouse interior just as easily as a clean, modern living room.

Floating Installation With Concealed Hardware

A key detail behind this design is how it mounts to the wall. Instead of visible brackets or bulky supports, the shelf uses concealed, invisible hardware, allowing the branches to appear as though they're floating directly out of the wall. This creates a clean, gallery-like presentation that keeps the focus on the tree silhouette itself rather than the mounting mechanism - an important detail for anyone trying to recreate the polished look of tree bookshelf inspiration photos in their own home.

Fully Customizable to Fit Your Space

No two walls are the same, and this shelf is built with that in mind. Width, height, branch spacing, and finish color can all be adjusted, so the piece can be tailored to a narrow stairwell, a tall living room wall, or a compact nursery corner. Whether you're working with a small reading nook or a larger statement wall, the layout can scale to match.

Key specifications:

• Material: High-quality hardwood with an organic shelf layout

• Design: Central tree trunk with outward-angled floating branches

• Finish: Walnut, gray, oak, whitewash, or custom colors

• Mounting: Floating wall installation with invisible brackets

• Customization: Adjustable layout, branch spacing, height, and finish

• Best for: Books, nursery decor, home styling, and decorative display

What's Included and How Setup Works

Each order arrives disassembled and includes the shelf components, screws, and artificial leaves or flowers to complete the tree-like appearance. After your order ships, you'll receive a step-by-step assembly guide video by email, walking through how to build the trunk, mount the branch shelves, and add the decorative foliage. Basic tools - a drill, screwdriver, level, hammer, and pencil - are all you'll need to complete installation.

Because the piece is handmade, minor differences from listing photos are normal and expected; wood grain and color will vary slightly from piece to piece. Tailor Wood Haven sends progress photos throughout the crafting process and only ships once you've approved the final look.

Why This Piece Works

A lot of tree-shaped shelving on the market is either mass-produced or too rigid to adapt to a specific space. This one solves both problems: it's handcrafted for durability and character, and fully customizable so it fits the exact wall, room, and style you have in mind - whether that's a cozy children's room, a modern living room feature wall, or a quiet reading corner.

Backed by free worldwide shipping and a strong track record of customer reviews, this tree bookshelf offers a rare combination of artistic design and practical function - a piece that turns a search for inspiration into something you can actually build into your home.
